Portsmouth Cathedral

Portsmouth Cathedral at Night

This special walkshop is in partnership with Portsmouth Cathedral and sees us exploring the cathedral at night…with the lights out! This night photography walkshop will involve long exposure and light painting inside the cathedral and we’ll be experimenting with different ideas and techniques.

Expect some pretty unique images from this very rare opportunity to shoot night photography within this landmark, historic building.

A tripod for your camera is also required and a remote trigger would also be handy, if not then please familiarise yourself with your timer shutter release on your camera. Due to the low light this workshop is probably not so good for cameraphones.

Meet at:

At the the cathedral entrance. Parking is available on the road (some free and some pay and display). There is a bus stop 30 seconds away on the main road for routes 16 & 19. The cathedral is 20 or so minutes walk from Portsmouth and Southsea train station.

Notes:

This walk is 100% wheelchair accessible.

Please book through EventBrite online HERE and payment can be done online via PayPal or in cash on the day.
